I am a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), leadership consultant, former Wall Street Senior Vice President, and author of The Charisma Edge: A How-To Guide for Turning On Your Leadership Power, and in 2019 I was inducted into the prestigious Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches organization.

I have been honored to be called “life altering” by my clients, and I have a deep personal mission to help others become more powerful, confident, and aligned with who they are at their best, most authentic core.

I specialize in personal presence, leadership enhancement, and powerful communication techniques. I have more than 40 years of combined corporate and independent experience, working with hundreds of groups and thousands of people in global, U.S.-based and regional companies where my goal is always to help people get out of their own way while delivering business results. I earned an MBA in marketing from UCLA, and a B.A. in Creative Studies from University of California at Santa Barbara. I currently sit on the Advisory Board of the Center for Respectful Leadership, and am a Board Member for the San Diego Master Chorale.

I am also a professional singer and a trained Laughter Yoga Instructor, and I live in the mountains east of San Diego where there is actually snow a couple of times a year.
