Our participants experience authentic, inspirational risk-taking. 

In a customized training, typically for 12-20 people, our participants experience what courage and authenticity feel like, and align intellect with emotion.

They take risks that renew their access to their own committed, core beliefs, and witness others doing the same.

When they leave, they know in their own personal operating system what if feels to speak from the heart.  They become more dynamic and charismatic leaders.

This isn’t easy

High-end leaders shouldn’t be doing what is easy.  Their roles are bigger; their learning curve should be steeper.

While no actual physical danger is involved, we ask leaders to do things that are much, much harder for most of them than swinging from any hanging bridge, or crossing a tightrope.

We use proven presentation skills, musical and theatrical techniques to move participants beyond barriers to authenticity. 

We challenge leaders to real risk-taking, where everyone triumphs.

The core of the day is powerfully experiential – joyful, exciting, phenomenally-challenging and also fun.

However, the program starts and ends in a traditional format to give participants the solid business rationale for what we are doing up front. We do concrete debriefing at the end around how they will apply the program.

Participants understand how their experience fits with the competencies of courage, communication, team-building, presentation skills, risk-taking, inspiration, charisma, etc. Then, they have a “soft landing,” where they are prepared to take the lessons back to their world.

Skills development techniques are combined in individual, large and small group exercises.

Every person participates, everyone learns what is right for them, and is coached individually in techniques of expression, projection, vocal power, and understanding of what it means to tell a story underscored with the truth.

While the risks we ask them to take are difficult, the teaching, coaching and support throughout are supportive, positive and encouraging.   Most business people crave a sense of meaning and joy in their work.  We help them find it, and lead others to it.

A NOTE TO SKEPTICS

This is an experiential workshop that uses music and singing as a path to growth. 

Some people think this somehow makes it easy or trivial, because they have sung bad bar karaoke, or gotten together in a group to sing spoof lyrics to a Creedance Clearwater Revival song.

Yes, our program can be fun, and yes, it can build a sense of team. However...

Our true goal is to use an innovative approach to shift peoples' perspectives and break them away from their easy and normal habits.  It's the only way lasting change can occur. 

Our participants become far more effective and dedicated leaders, who are able to convey new, stronger messages to their teams. 

We ask our participants to commit to a message and deliver it. 

We teach techniques that work, and are immediately applicable to their professional environment.

The benefit is there. 

Joy and a renewed sense of connection are just an inevitable side effect....

We think anyone who suggests that this is "easy" either doesn't understand what we're doing....or is making an excuse.  (One guy said if he'd known ahead of time, he's have elected to eat raw chicken instead - and nevertheless felt that benefit and payoff was definitely there.)
