I am in my second period as an executive coach and freelance group facilitator, based back in my home town of San Diego since 2005.

My coaching focuses on leadership and executive behavior, transitioning to new situations, and enhancing communications at all levels.  I coach senior and mid-level executives in the financial services, consulting, and technology industries.

I have conducted workshops and off-sites in business planning, change management, career development, style assessment, life path analysis - and a particularly interesting program on how to sell to women!  My workshop facilitation and speaking engagements have consistently been rated at the highest levels by participants - high energy, engaging, knowledgeable, fun, and life-changing. 

 Background

Prior to 2005, I was 6 years Senior VP, Director of Employee Relations & Development for UBS, the global financial services firm, in the 20,000-person U.S. division formerly known as PaineWebber, based in New York and New Jersey.

At UBS, I ran a conflict resolution program, oversaw HR policy, and managed a 50-person full-service training and development department.  I also managed the Diversity function on an interim basis during an extended search for a Director, traveled globally to meet with other divisional managers, and worked with executives at the senior-most levels of the firm. 

Before being hired by UBS, I spent 11 years In my first coaching and facilitation period, where I coached at the executive level on Wall Street, and conducted an even broader array of workshops for clients in multiple industries throughout the U.S. and Europe.

I began my career in line sales, sales management, and sales training positions across the U.S., with Duracell, and with Gillette Safety Razor Division.
